Well the criteria for the letters are listed in the I-130 instruction packet. Page 4, Item 9, Section D, Affidavits heading:

Written statements sworn to or affirmed by two persons who were living at the time and who have personal knowledge of the event you are trying to prove.

For example, the date and place of birth, marriage or death. The person making the affidavit does not have to be a U.S. citizen. Each affidavit should contain the

following information regarding the person making the affidavit: his or her full name, address, date and place of birth and his or her relationship to you, if any, full

information concerning the event, and complete details explaining how the person acquired knowledge of the event.

It doesn't have to be anything fancy, just a statement from people reflecting on their impression of your relationship. good luck

Again, they are looking for informatioin about the bona fide ongoing relationship, not proof of a marriage ceremony and party. All you can do is the best you can but I would choose people who know more about your relationship and have them include what they have observed about you living together and your interactions as a married couple. Sham marriages are legal marriages but not bona fide. They are looking for evidence of bona fide relationship, not just legal marriage.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
