Q#18 it ask the "spouses full name"(even if divorced or separated.include midden name).....

I think this may result to AR if we get wrong information, cause most of the info they get are from our DS FORMS....

Q#17 Marital Status:

Widowed__ Divorced__ Separated__

I presume the ground you used in your annulment is Article 36 which is psychological incapacity since it is the most popular ground in the Philippines for Annulment. Once you have the Decree of Annulment, the end result is that the marriage never existed and void from the very beginning and the only "acknowledged" result is/are the child/childrne borm out of that marriage who is/are considered legitimate, therefore you should check SINGLE NEVER MARRIED.

Philippine laws DO NOT recognize DIVORCE so absolutely we can't use that.

Just my opinion :)

Myla

Removal of Conditions :

August 16, 2010 - Petition received by USCIS Vermont Center

August 20, 2010 - NOA1 received

October 4, 2010 - Biometrics

January 3, 2011 - Permanent 10 yr. Green Card Received.
