preemptive strike

The passport photo of my fiance I sent in with the I-129 is not exactly 2x2 but 1.5x2. I read a few people got RFE because of wrong photo styles. I wonder if I should send in the correct photo to preempt any potential RFE. What do you think?

There's virtually no way to guarantee that your second set of photos would ever 'find' your original file.

Just wait for the RFE (if there is one) and send the new photos at that time.

I think you should wait and hope for the best!

USCIS will accept those pictures but you'll want to get the right ones for the interview.
