I wonder when I start counting the days until my fiancee in Colombia gets her K-1 visa. Do I start counting from the moment I send all the documentation or when I get first receipt from immigration? Thanks.

Thanks. I am gathering the documentation, and hopefully by some time next week I will be sending my petition. I will post here again when the actual petition gets sent.

Never.

Each case is different. You should never compare your case to others.

Although each petition is different, I think it's fair to say, you are looking at 90 days+ from NOA1 to petition approval or NOA2. It has been more than 90 days in almost every case though. NOA2 to K1 visa will differ from country to country.
