Hey

I'm just downloading form of off here and the I 134 says exp date is 4/30/07.....is that correct or can I still use that?

Met on May 17,2005

Got engaged on Sep 15th,2006

Came to the US for good on Jan 27th,2009

and we got married on March 28th,2009

You did not d/l off of "here" as "here" is merely a link to the USCIS website....

According to the USCIS for the I-134:

Latest version is 2/28/07. Versions 12/04/06, 7/14/06 and 6/17/06 are also acceptable

That is the current form on the USCIS site.
