So I keep up daily on the CSC processing times. Yesterday they had a postsed notice from August 16th, which they have had for weeks stating that K1 Visas currently processing were Feb 13 2007. Today I looked again, and now they have a press release dated for the 15th (which is odd) and it now says 6 months. I read the release and see that 6 months or less is better than them having a date, suppose. Its also funny because we were issued our NOA 1on the 8th. I am waiting for the NOA 2. We have not had our case touched since June 13th until I called yesterday and immediately it shows it was touched yesterday August 30th, which makes sense because I called. Now I login today and it was touched again today...does anyone know what this might mean???

they dont give you a touch just because you called them. it was just good luck that you got a touch the day after you called. your second touch is confirming they are working on your petition now.

The phenomenon of getting touches on two consecutive days resulting from a call that actually makes it past the level one customer support has been documented by others on this site before. Probably doesn't mean anything yet.
