TSC still working at all?

Apparently TSC has started forwarding to CSC. It is quite frustrating to see people approved via that route after 6 weeks when my case has been pending since early May. Any chance they forward "older" cases or are we stuck waiting for TSC to start working again. Has anyone gotten approvals out of TSC lately? Browsing through message boards, there seems to be a lack of any activity including NOAs...

The TSC hasn't worked on any petitions since last year, they've been forwarding them to the CSC. Same goes for the NSC.

The last approved case from TSC was June 18 as far as I know. I got my NOA in Dec 2006 and my case is still pending. I have a friend who got his NOA last Sep and he is still waiting...So I am asking again and I do need some help from you guys... Is there any legal way to check my case other than call customer service ( I did call them last July and the machine kept telling me to call after 30 days)?

Thx again

Not quite. The TSC does hold our petition hostage. And that of many who filed prior to July 2007.

They've all taken the summer off to clear brush at the ranch.

Meh
