DS-230: who receives the instruction package?

Hello everyone,

Who will receive the instruction package where you have to send DS-230 part I and a copy of your passport to the NVC?

The petitioner? the beneficiary or the agent (who is in my case the petitioner)?

The choice of agent will receive the packet. The beneficiary does need to sign it however but make sure only part I is signed as part II will be signed at the interview.

Your husband who is the choice of agent will get the instructions to download the DS-230. What documents to send you can go to the following site.. Enter your embassy and read carefully .. what you have to send to the NVC with DS-230 ... and what you have to take at the time of interview
