Hi I just gotten my NOA2 2 weeks ago, if anyone can tell me what is packet 3?

I129 sent: 18th Apr 2007
NOA1 receipt date: 24th Apr 2007
Touched: 24th Apr 2007, 14/15th Aug 2007
NOA2: 17th Aug 2007
Received NVC letter: 7th Sept 2007
Received Packet 3: 2nd Oct 2007
Sent Packet 3: 4th Oct 2007; Called USE Malaysia: 12th Oct 2007
Received Packet 4: 23rd Oct 2007
Medical Appointment: 29th Oct 2007
Interview date: 15th Nov 2007; Visa Pick Up Date: 19th Nov 2007
USA Entry: 1st Dec 2007
Married: 5th of Dec 2007

7th Jan 2008 : AOS, AP, EAD Filing (sent by Fedex)
17th Jan 2008 : NOA1s of AOS, AP & EAD (Cheque cashed)

12th Feb 2008 : Biometrics Appt date (letter received: 28th of Jan)

thanks for the help.

packet 3 is a form that the embassy sends to the beneficiary for him/her to complete and sends it back to the embassy. (i thnik. didnt have packet 3 myself. only packet 4) someone correct it if im wrong. good luck

Packet 3 is a bunch of documents that you get sent by the embassy that you have to fill in and then mail back.

Sometimes its sent to the petitioner via email. Depends on the country.
