CSC's email, please READ

This is the answer I got from CSC's email regarding my inquiries:

"In 04/10/07 your Form I-129F Petition for Alien Fiancé (e) was received and a notice was electronically sent to you; on 08/01/07 your petition got approved and the notice was ordered but not sent, on 08/21/07 the confirmation of that approval and the formal letter was sent to you with the validity dates. You probably receive a total of 3 notices is it not? There is no mistake you are fine the most important is the last letter you received since is got the approval and validity dates."

Can someone explain to me what they mean by the bold sentence above? It makes me confused. The notice of approval we got in the mail was dated AUGUST 2 but they say it was not SENT. Currently waiting for the AUGUST 21 notice of approval in the mail.

Maybe I'm wrong but it sounds like you need to wait for the last one from Aug 21st. Sounds like they are saying that this one is the valid document.

My take is that you need to wait for the document that they issued on 8/21 regarding your 8/1 approval.

Dont worry much. You do not need your NOA2 hardcopy just yet. You will need it for AOS.

The important thing is that you have the paper approval NOA. You need to make sure you put it in a safe place, you will need it when you get to AOS. It is very expensive to get a new one so don't loose it

Whoa! whats going on with your Case? that sucks...looks like CSC messed up your NOA2 approval.

Hopefully you'll get a speedy NVC to Embassy Interview.

Well our Case too is stagnant or slow moving, I called CSC almost everyday, they are saying they forward the Case to USE in manila, they gave me a MNL number, but I keep checking on visa IV still no case found. I still haven't received any NVC letter it's already been a month since NOA2.

Everything's clear to us now. So CSC have apparently sent our NOA2 with a notice date of august 2 but they didn't have a record of it on their system. when i emailed them, they sent out another notice dated august 21. we got the second hard copy already and the validity dates are still the same. I was relieved to find out that our real approval date was august 1 and the notice was just dated later. I'm hoping that our case gets to NVC this week.
