Hello all, this is my first post on VJ.

I filed I 130 on 02//5/07 and 129F on 2/28/07.

I need to know what is going on with my case. My i130 file is approved on June 2007 but my 129F is still pending at CSC. Does anyone know anything about what is going on and what will be the processing time about this type of case?

I appriciate all the answers...

Thanks

Hi Sys,

do you call USCIS and ask about your case? They are now approving March filers so your I129 has to be approved.

Hi Sys,

If you look at my timeline you'll see that my I-130 was approved far ahead of my I-129F. For us, the K3 is still the way to go since we will most likely get the K3 interview before the I-130 interview. You're not alone. :)

I must be missing something else. What is the difference in a K3 and a I-130 interview?? I was told to forget filing the I-129F and go with the IR1 / CR1!! hmmmmmm again  I guess I really need to read more

The difference is the visa that is issued.
