That's awesome, Neel!!! I'll call CSC on Tuesday and tell them that there's a bunch of us from an online group who have a representative who would be willing to come in, attach postage to all our files sitting in the mail room, and run them down to the post office!!! You would think they would either be inclined to say yes, or a better guess would be that (assuming they possess the tiniest bit of common sense) they would get the hint. I mean, it can't take more than an hour or so from one person each week to add postage to everything, run it to the post office, then return back to their wonderful office. This would probably save them hundreds of hours spent on answering the "why the hell hasn't NVC received my paperwork" phone calls every month. Neel, I am really greatful for the offer. And I'm sure lots of other VJer's in this thread are too (especially knowing that NVC has already received your paperwork). But we can't ask you to make that trip. However, I am planning on calling them on Tuesday and making the offer just to get a point across to their lazy government-worker a$$e$. For God's sake, up until August, it always took between 5 and 14 days for NVC to receive the paperwork after the NOA2...and now it takes 4 weeks or more???? Kiss my a$$ CSC!!!

I'm anxious to hear their response  If they're going to make us wait, we may as well at least get some entertainment value out of calling out their ineffectiveness and laziness and hear their response.

Our petition is at CSC too. Before a week we called them and somebody said that it was sent to NVC. The last was not true :( :( :( . My husband called this Friday and they said that it is still at CSC. They wait to pile up sufficient number (10 000 or 15 000) of applications and after that sent them to NVC with a truck. This process drives me crazy :crying: :crying: :crying:

We just recently received our NOA 2 for I-130 and I-129F, and my wife has already received a package from US Embassy for K3 on 8/27. My questions are:

1) My wife is currently in US with me on VISA waiver, is it necessary to go back to her country and begin the K-3 process right away? Will it expire?

2) My I-130 and K3 were approved at the same time. From my understanding, CR-1 / IR-1 would save a lot of trouble compare to K3. Shall we expect the package for I-130 from US Embassy any time soon? or we need to cancel the K-3?

Thanks in advance if anyone can help us with these questions. People are so friendly here =)

As a footnote to this story, CSC's productivity was not included. Sources say that if their productivity was factored in to the overall US numbers, that the US would be in the bottom one-third of the world.
