Haven't called yet. I did send an email to NVC last week and still haven't got a reply from them. I have a feeling its still at CSC and its sent to NVC by batches. some april filers before my NOA2 date have called NVC and still nothing.. :( I'm praying that we'll have our interview date by october or early november. We should have same interview dates too!

sometimes calling NVC makes u gone mad.My Fiance tried calling to get a hold of a live person to talk to but kind of disappointing,they just hang it up and disconnect :angry: ...got an email from them last Monday but they said they haven't got our case yet :o

However i'm glad some April filers got their Medical and Interview schedule..Congrats skyblue06 and ED*Riza....you're almost there :thumbs: Best of Luck for the Interview :star:

Hello guys!

I'm currently in a dilemma with my NOA2. I finally got email from CRIS and case update (with a NOA2 date of AUGUST 21) yesterday coz I sent them email at CSC.Nonotice@dhs.gov. I got a reply that a notice is ordered and should be receiving it soon. So i shall be receiving another hard copy with AUGUST 21 date. I replied to the officer that I already received the approval notice in the mail with a date of AUGUST 2 (but no case update and email then).

SO now, I'm torn between these two dates until my fiancé can call CSC. I can't believe that they are so messed up! Just like Jessel and Chris, sending them RFE when in fact it was not necessary. arghhhh!!! I'm just mad and confused now! That also means, I'm way behind all you guys! :crying: I hope it gets fast to NVC now!!!

Thanks BrianElla, I was at your shoe also when my case was going to NVC....its really intimidating....but you will get out of it in the couple of days I'm sure.... you guys will be at the 2nd week of October batch for the interview I guess.... Hang on ;)

Yes etripke its fine, I observed others time line and some took them 23 days to get case number from NOA2 receipt to NVC......it took us 10 days to received the hard copy in mail of NVC letter from Noa2 but no updates or anything when we keep calling NVC

Hi all!

I'll be behind all you guys now coz CSC told us that our approval date is AUGUST 21. I got so furious at first knowing that if i didn't email them, they never would have worked on our case and all the while we were thinking its being forwarded to NVC. so they made a mistake and oh well! All I can do now is keep hanging on for more delays and seems like a long wait to NVC.

When I checked my case online today....I got my medical and interview date!!!!

Case Number: MNL2007XXXXXX

Visa Classification: K1

St. Luke's Appointment Date: Thursday, September 27, 2007 (7:00:00 AM)

Embassy Appointment Date: Thursday, October 04, 2007 (7:00:00 AM)

I didn't expect its so soon :dance: :dance: :dance:

Congrats on your interview date. HAHA And you squeezed in one day ahead of me eh? AHAH good going. I'ts fun to see those numbers eh?

Well here we are on the home stretch. Even those still stuck at the NVC this is the final hurrah. It's still a scramble getting all the proper documents to your SO and Hoping the Philippines mailing system is kind to you. I was hoping to make it for the interview but unforeseen problems have prevented me from going, but I am sure she will do fine there without me. After all our petition SEKSI KAAYO! haha We are just waiting on the NSO certified annulment decree, but I read in one of skyblues posts that it's not necessarily needed. If we can't have our NSO version in time I hope that is correct.

So my only concerns at this point is mailing the new documents to her that she needs and her getting them on time as my experiences with Philippine post has never been the best haha. Most of the stuff I can mail to her and she cna print but things like the affidavit of support needs to be sent.

So how many Tagolog vs Visayan do we have here? I spent most of my time in the Philippines in Cagayan De Oro/ Iligan area and have learned a bit of Visayan, but i know very little tagolog.

About the Annulment, I have with me my Annotated MC from NSO Vibal Building.....I asked some friends who have undergone same process and they said this is enough proof that someone is legally free......Well I should go to NSO Vibal Building to get a copy of my self to make me feel at ease....I plan to go there on the 1st week of September...
