vaccination resolts

Hi everyone

I got a question , I got my medical ( in a seald envelop ) back today ,but got a copy of the vaccination form , has anyone ever heard of a blanket waver ? at the bottom on part 2 it sais blanket waver required vaccination incomplete , I do have all my vaccinations and showd my vaccination booklet ,with all vaccinations in it like MMR , had a blood test done stating that I had chickenpox and viriccela is not required , polio , tetanus , even some who are not required for my age ( didnt knew i didnt need them got them before I was member on this great forum here, but the clinique gave them to me no big questions asked , like the hib , and phneumoccol, hepA+B ) I like to know what exactly does a blanket waver mean ? has anyone ever heard of that ? any reply is apriciated thank you Lona

I'm not positive, but I think, after reading http://www.cdc.gov/ncidod/dq/pdf/cs_va_1.pdf if you have any checks in the "Not Age Appropriate", "Contra-indication", or "Insufficient Time Interval" then you need a "blanket waiver," which, I gather means, it's not a waiver just for your particular case, but a waiver that most everyone gets without a hassle.

Mine had a blanket waiver because some of the vaccinations are not age appropriate and marked as such. I think some doctors will not say it's "complete" but will give you a blanket waiver. It's nothing to worry about.
