Is it necessary to keep the flight tickets, isnt it pretty clear on the passport when you entered and exited the fiance's country?

2/17/07-Met in Bogota

4/20/07-returned to Bogota to see her

5/18/07-sent out I129f

5/19/07-returned to Bogota to see her

5/21/07-received at VCS

5/28/07-Received NOA1

5/30/07-touch

7/4/07-returned to see her

10/17/07-Met Leidy in Panama for 5 days

10/26/07-RFE

10/27/07-Sent back RFE

10/29/07-Touch due to RFE arriving

10/30/07-Touch

10/31/07-Touch

11/15/07-NOA2 Sent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

11/16/07-Touch

11/19/07-NVC Received

11/21/07-Left NVC for Consulate

11/22/07-Returned to see Leidy after her stay in the hospital..

11/23/07-Consualte received

11/26/07-Packet 3 sent to Leidy

12/04/07-Packet 3 received

Keep all evidence that includes ticket stubs, hotel receipts, ATM receipts, trip itineraries, etc...

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Well i didnt save the flight tickets....hotel..i stayed at her place when i went to see her...atm...took loose cash... :blink:

You only need to establish the connection and the first face-to-face contact with her. IF you didn't keep the boardingpass as ONE of the many proof that you two have met within the past 2 years prior to your petition for her K-1 Visa, you only need to show other evidence to let them know: Yes, we met once/twice and here are the evidence (photo of the two of you together, pictures of you with her family in Colombia etc, receipt from stores in her country. etc)

My passport only has one stamp in it. It is from US immigration returning to the US. I've been to VN 3 times too. I made copies of my visas, gave itinararies, & gave ticket stubs to Tuyen for her interview .

CR-1 Visa

I-130 Sent : 2006-08-30

I-130 NOA1 : 2006-09-12

I-130 Approved : 2007-01-17

NVC Received : 2007-02-05

Consulate Received : 2007-06-09

Interview Date : 2007-08-16 Case sent back to USCIS

NOA case received by CSC: 2007-12-19

Receive NOIR: 2009-05-04

Sent Rebuttal: 2009-05-19

NOA rebuttal entered: 2009-06-05

Case sent back to NVC for processing: 2009-08-27

Consulate sends DS-230: 2009-11-23

Interview: 2010-02-05 result Green sheet for updated I864 and photos submit 2010-03-05

APPROVED visa pick up 2010-03-12

POE: 2010-04-20 =)

GC received: 2010-05-05

Processing

Estimates/Stats : Your I-130 was approved in 140 days.

In Colombia, with an american passport you dont need a visa...I have been stamped in and out every time i went down to see her, i hope this is good enough? Obviously i have over 100 pics, bank statements with flight purchases, dinners, a McDonalds birthday partyfor her son..etc....I also have over 200 calling cards and the cell phone and house phone detailed lists of every time i used the calling cards...Any suggestions of what else i should have, oh and she's pregnant with my kid..lol
