June 2 - sent I-751 to Vermont

June 4 - delivered at 11:53AM and signed by P. NOVAK

June 8 - 2 year GC exp

June 8 - CASHED CHECK!!!

June 21 - received biometrics appt

June 22 - received NOA

July 7 - biometrics appt

July 17 - got my passport stamp & GC got clipped by officer 10271

and nothing else since... ugh.... :help:

i thought you had to apply to lift condition 3 month before 2nd marriage anerversary ?

maybe am not sure but maybe since you filled late ( looking at your signature ) it might take a while to get it ? just my guess , ( very cute baby by the way congrats )

You need to file the I-751 within the 90 day window prior to your second anniversary of being a permanent resident. The timeline of the OP shows that she was accorded resident status on June 8, 2005. Hence, she had to file the I-751 (if filed jointly) no sooner than March 10 and no later than June 8, 2007.

The I-751 has nothing to do with the marriage anniversary. My wife and I just filed her I-751 and we are approaching our fourth marriage anniversary. She became a resident a month before our second anniversary - unfortunate timing. Had she been accorded resident status just a month later, we wouldn't need to file the I-751 at all now.
