I'm ready to put everything together but not sure what the best way is. First, should I staple separate pages of the I-129F and G-325A forms together? Second, what are the ACCO fasteners as someone suggested? As for the photos, can I use photo sheet protector?

Thanks.

Avoid staples. They will only have to take them out. Use paper clips or other removable fasteners.

For the photos you can if you want, I just papercliped the photos to the related meeting evidence and thats as far as I went with that.

I followed the VJ guides when organizing my file:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1guide

I didn't staple anything. I two-hole punched the top of the papers and fastened them together using the ACCO fasteners (you can get them at Office Max). You can put the photos in a photosheet protector. I made sure to identify, by name, who was in the photo, as well as date and place it was taken. For the G325A photos, I placed those in a small ziploc bag, two hole punched the bag and attached to G325A that way. I labeled each piece with a tab on the bottom, describing what it was.

Good luck! It took us hours to get it just right!
