MENA distractions as therapy

Most of know how hard breakups can be and there are particular aspects of being in a MENA relationship that made it a unique challenge. We all know Jackie is going through this jsut now and I thought she needed this thread.

This is not a thread to give advice or support in the usually "hang in there" smilie fashion. this thread is to make jackie laugh and feel like a normal girl again. Just treat it as a big on going slumber party. There are others beside jackie who are feeling lonely and struggling for some normalcy so let's make this palce a refuge. ONLY fun is allowed.

I'll start.

I want to spend an evening with my girlfriends watching movies and making smores...who wants a smore?

I made smores with Lexy the other night! What a sticky, gooey mess that was! Jokes,,,maybe that's what I need. I have one.

Lady dies and goes to heaven, met by St. Peter. He is showing her around and they hear a scream. 'What is that?" Well says St Peter a new angel like you is getting drilled for a halo. They go past another area and hear another scream. "What is that?' That is a new angel getting drilled for wings. The lady says now, 'Maybe I don't belong here' St Peter says the only other option is hell and they will rape and sodomize you there. She that's ok,,I already have the holes for that!

Jackie (F)

(hey my mena buddies, I am sad. I may laugh and use the smilies here, but on the inside, I am a lost soul. Afraid of my shadow and lonely as hell. What I am going thru, I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. How can one go from 100% married to 0 overnight? It is debillatating. Has affected all of my family, Lexy the most. When she saw his computer gone, the look on her face was heart wrenching. I'm just getting thru each day, one at a time. Having the friendships that I do with all of you, helps alot. I just don't want to be a big bummer on a site where you all are celebrating love and life. Maybe I should have a pinned thread 'Jackie's Corner' and whoever is going thru ####### like this can come for support.

Yours would be (with no spaces):

[ y o u t u b e ] N 2 r Z x C r b 7 i U [ / y o u t u b e ]

WOW! Those were some funny videos! Jenn, I had to download that baby video because it was soooooo cute!

My volume was turned all the way up for Cyndi Lauper. Thanks!

I love S'mores! Now I have another item on my wish-I-had-it-in-Egypt list.

Jackie- You don't bring me down by sharing your feelings. I think you are wise to open up. Keep sharing with us.

Hmmmm. Now what can I contribute? Inspired by Jackie's comment on tattoos/piercings.
