Do I have to add in my application for the K1 visa a letter from my landlord and employers as a proof or is it enough just to list them in the Form G-325A?

How should I know the Alien register number & File number to write in the Form as it has to be sent with the Form I-129F?

As we will send the application in Texas, is it at that address we have to send the cheque?

Many thanks for your help... as we are starting the procedure, we are a little bit lost!

A proof of what? And understand that I-129f is not an application for a K1 visa.
How should I know the Alien register number & File number to write in the Form as it has to be sent with the Form I-129F?
You don't, unless your fiancee has an A# from some previous dealing with the USCIS (or its' predecessor INS). If you are a native-born USC then you do not have an A#.
As we will send the application in Texas, is it at that address we have to send the cheque?
Send the check with the application, to the address indicated for residents of Texas. Be sure to follow the part of the form instruction that tells you to check for more current filing information than is given in the form instruction itself.
