I kind of touched on this yesterday, but I want to be 100% sure I am filling it out right............When filling out the I-134, it asks for total income, I just started a new part time job which will add an additional 10k to my income. Can I add that to my projected gross for 2006, or would it be my gross salary for 2005?

Silly question but I want to do this correctly.

You can count it. Get employment letters from both employers and prove your wages with paystubs.

I know.............I just thought showing what I will make over the next few months would be nice :-)

I have letters from both employers, showing income but I only started the part-time job in November 05', that's why I didn't know if I could include those wages or not.

I will just put what I earned in 2005-not what I will earn in 2006

Neither is correct. As I wrote, they want to know your current income on an annualized basis.

Your current income is for the year 2006...so I would imagine that you would be correct in including your 2nd job earnings too, as this is part of your current income

Irishgirl,

Just to be sure you've got it this time, not your total projected earnings for CY 2006. Your current income, as of the date that you sign and date the affidavit, on an annualized basis. This may be a different number from what you estimate your CY 2006 earnings will be.
