Everyone before April 12 be aware! They wanna remove u :unsure:

I think being a couple of places closer to the top of the list doesn´t help anyone to get their approvals faster and it´s not nice to be deleting those who have been waiting ever since...it was just last week when a 2006 filer was approved :whistle:

Let's not get too dramatic here. We're only talking about a spreadsheet that StillThePrettiest is voluntarily maintaining. Nobody's being deleted from VJ or USCIS.

June 28th 2007 sent 1-129f to NSC

July 11th 2007 NOA-1 received date on NOA-1 (now at CSC)

July 19th 2007 NAO 1 Reciept date on NOA-1

Nov 21st 2007 NOA-2

Dec 13th 2007 - arrives at NVC

Dec 20th 2007 - leaves NVC on route to GUZ

March 10th 2008- P3 sent & returned

April 9th 2008- P-4

May 22nd 2008 interview

Tracking:

Filing to Noa -1 -13 days

NOA-1 to NOA-2 - 133 days

NOA-2 to NVC - 22 days

NVC Processing - 7 days

NVC to GUZ - 81 days

P-3 to interview - 73 days

hmm, it seems that this is far more political than I anticipated... I am quite happy to let the list re-gather dust; it's not like it's at all important... I was just seeing it as a bit of a diversion while we were waiting :)

The Very Secret Diary of Legolas Son of Weenus - by Cassandra Claire

Day One: Went to Council of Elrond. Was prettiest person there. Agreed to follow some tiny little man to Mordor to throw ring into volcano. Very important mission - gold ring so tacky.

Day Six: Far too dark in Mines of Moria to brush hair properly. Am very afraid I am developing a tangle.

Orcs so silly.

Still the prettiest.

Day 35: Boromir dead. Very messy death, most unnecessary. Did get kissed by Aragorn as he expired. Does a guy have to get shot full of arrows around here to get any action? Boromir definitely not prettier than me. Cannot understand it. Am feeling a pout coming on.

Frodo off to Mordor with Sam. Tiny little men caring about each other, rather cute really.

Am quite sure Gimli fancies me. So unfair. He is waist height, so can see advantages there, but chunky braids and big helmet most off-putting. Foresee dark times ahead, very dark times.

i think your list is fine. any filers before april 12 th are in RFE hell or AR or denied and appealing. USCIS itself says thats the date they are working on normal petitions. while i feel bad that some people might still be waiting, from before then, i dont think they are holding up the line from april 12th. i think your list is accurate for its intended use.

The list makes no difference to me. Just shows where we stand in relation to everyone else...not when we'll get adjudicated.

You're right in the big scheme of things it really doesn't matter but I do like to see the lists, it helps me feel as if I'm moving at least somewhere. I agree that those that filed prior to April 12th should be removed and then if they are in fact still actively living this nightmare, they can let stilltheprettiest know and they can be added. No harm, no foul. I appreciate you taking the time to put this list together stilltheprettiest! At least for me, it gives me yet another guage to work with... or make me crazy... whichever comes first. lol

The Very Secret Diary of Legolas Son of Weenus - by Cassandra Claire

Day One: Went to Council of Elrond. Was prettiest person there. Agreed to follow some tiny little man to Mordor to throw ring into volcano. Very important mission - gold ring so tacky.

Day Six: Far too dark in Mines of Moria to brush hair properly. Am very afraid I am developing a tangle.

Orcs so silly.

Still the prettiest.

Day 35: Boromir dead. Very messy death, most unnecessary. Did get kissed by Aragorn as he expired. Does a guy have to get shot full of arrows around here to get any action? Boromir definitely not prettier than me. Cannot understand it. Am feeling a pout coming on.

Frodo off to Mordor with Sam. Tiny little men caring about each other, rather cute really.

Am quite sure Gimli fancies me. So unfair. He is waist height, so can see advantages there, but chunky braids and big helmet most off-putting. Foresee dark times ahead, very dark times.

And like someone said - anyone who wants to be added from before can always mention it and be re-added... I think that will help keep track of the active members who are still awaiting NOA2 from before April 12 :)

Or they wont bother posting it if they dont usually post much :whistle:

Marta, I think all Rob means is that the List is just a bit of fun - it's interesting, and gives us a rough idea of how many VJ members are ahead of us in line, but that's all it is... we CAN'T make it accurate, so all it can do is give us a broad idea

so he wasn't meaning that the people didn't matter, just that whether the list shows them or not doesn't really make much difference in the end...

and as a few people have said: if USCIS have said they've finalised all petitions before April 12, then it's pretty safe to assume that those VJ members still showing open petitions simply haven't updated them; no one else has been removed from the list
