hi guys..

just want to know, when did you get your medical & interview schedules?

is it during the time when the papers are in NVC? or

when papers arrive in USEmbassy Manila?

This is irregardless if its email notice or thru telephone call..

You have to be "documentry qualified". It has to leave the NVC before it is scheduled. I was able to call the DOS (phone number in Sheriff Ulings guide) a few days after it left the NVC. They will give you the medical and interview date.

We got ours after our case was sent to the USME around the middle of May. I was checking the link where you can put your case number in and then one day it appeared. Of course this link is often down. The packet 4 was received in June 23 so we knew our dates already.

I pressume we dont have our schedule yet. When we visited USEmbassy last July 26 (together with my fiance), they informed us that our papers are still with NVC.

I tried to log-in with the Case Interview Link but still our Case is not found.

Hopefully we'll receive our schedule by next week.

Though Im happy that a lot of other applicants has been receiving their own schedules..Meaning, we're on normal track again.

Onve we learned our Petition has left the NVC , we waited for 2 weeks, then called the Depatment of State (DOS) to inquire if Manila has received it. . DOS said yes and we waited a month called the DOS again and got our interview and medical schedule about first week of july . I received my packet 4 yesterday August 2 so DOS helped a lot.
