Hi there,

I'm about to fill out and send over the I-134 Affidavit of Support form. But I noticed that the editions available for download here on this site and USCIS say at the top right "exp. 4/30/07" Does that mean that these are expired forms that no longer can be used? If so, where can I get the current ones?

12/22/07- Married

05/11/08- AOS petition received

05/16/08- NOA I-797C mailed out

06/05/08- Biometrics taken

06/17/08- Employment and Travel documents touched

07/16/08- Employment and Travel documents approved

Yes the 4/30/07 is accepted. On the USCIS website it also states that

2/28/07 is also acceptable. Versions 12/04/06, 7/14/06 and 6/17/06 are also acceptable according to this website.

If you are refering to a OMB date, you can continue using the form, it is a date that Office of Management and Budget specifies that suggested changes and auditing by the various departments needs to be completed by, in this case Department of Homeland security. OMB date is an internal audit date, not an expiration of the form.

The various consulates use and mail out forms that are much older than that.

Edition Date : 2/28/07. Versions 12/04/06, 7/14/06 and 6/17/06 are also acceptable.
