PO BOX and I-751 evidence

Right after my parents were married (my mom and my stepdad), we stayed with my aunt for about a couple of months before we moved to our new apartment. Their apartment mailbox was vandalized and robbed so my parents elected to get a PO Box for the safety of our documents (we were in the process of AoS at the time so getting the documents were of utmost importance).

The thing is, my stepdad put the PO Box as his address on his driver's license and most of his mail goes there since he never bothered to change it after we moved. He figured it was safer there anyway. However, when my mom applied for utility and the bills, she placed our current address. She also put our current address on her driver's license.

My question is, is this going to look bad to immigration officials? My mom does have some mail go to the PO Box but not many and I don't think I've seen any mail arrive for my stepdad in the mailbox here in our apartment.

Main thing is where your mail goes to and your physical address.

Can't see why mom and dad would come into play!

Oh I guess I wasn't very clear when I was explaining.

My parents are filing the I-751 for my mom. I won't be included yet in this petition because my GC expires next year.

In the evidence that my parents are supposed to send, one thing that stands out (to me, anyway) is that my mom's driver's license says our current address but my dad's is the PO Box. We have utility bills in both their names that go to our address since my mom took care of that but most of my stepdad's mail goes to the PO Box because he never bothered to change the address (like the w-2, I think). I was just wondering if this is considered a red flag.

from my understanding your consern is , if they will have any red flag for having differant mailing adresses for the process am I right so far even thou they got effidence ( bills on same name ) , if I am probly you could ask john and marlene or Yu and dan or pushbrk they are exelent in giving advise ,

include a copy of the lease for the apartment (if it states the actual location of the apartment). Or, you could get a written statement from the building manager or neighbors stating that both of your parents live there, they see them together in the building all the time, how long they have lived there, etc etc.

Lots of people have a "mailing address" (like a P.O. Box) and a "actual physical address" . This should not be a huge problem.

Oh ok. Thank you very much for all the help!

We were planning on sending the lease in anyway as well as all of the bills that had their names on it.
