hello~ i remember reading posts here about what to send for interview but i can't seem to locate them tonight.. ^^;; after vj site is updated, all my bookmarks are useless.. :crying: so i have to ask for your help once again.. i've been gathering necessary documents for the past couple of weeks and i'am almost ready to send them to my fiancee for her interview. i just wanted to double check if i'm not missing anything..

list of things to send:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

copy of original I-129F package plus anything that was not submitted at the time of intial petition(more evidence such as plane ticket for recent trip, new phone bills, new photos taken, etc.)

I-134 (notarized) w/ supporting documents - bank statements (i have enough in my saving and checking account to meet 5 year poverty level requirement), income tax return for 2005 (enough to satisfy poverty level requirement)

letter of intent to marry (dated close to interview date)

copy of NOA2 i received from USCIS

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

am i missing anything? any opinion? will my I-134 supporting documents be good enough?

and what does "send all originals of the documentary proof" mean? does that mean i have to send all originals instead of photo copies of originals such as plane tickets, phone bills, photos, etc.?

i'm kinda confused on this.. help~~~~ thanks in advance.

Don't forget to send her a pay slip from your job, and W2

You can send copies or you can fax it to your fiance/e but send the originals of your plane tickets, baggage stubbs, photos and any receipts in the hotel where you spent together.

Guess you have it all :)

I gave her the originals of everything I sent in the petition along with the I-134 and things like my phone bill, cards, letters and emails from her, the receipt for her engagement ring and she took a ton of pictures of us together.

Just a thought (I'm no expert), but maybe any W-9 copies and/or 1099's... whatever you sent the IRS to document your income (and keep you from the perils of audit hell).

I'm not sure if you meant to say that your bank balance, on its own, satisfies the requirements, but if it does, I think you're in the pink.

Would anyone else agree?

Good luck with everything!
