Anyone could give me a little quick tips, I'm so not familiar with any of these stuffs yet! I am planning to file my I-129 form tom. 7/20/07, I already have NOA (I-179) with me for my son and my wife, I just wanna makes sure all supported documents in that I-129 packet before I send it chicago.

A little confused about wether or should I include I-179 NOA for my son, along with his Birth certificate in the I-129F Packet? and in the cover letter should I indicate that this I-129F form intended for K3 and K4 .....petition?

Most of the step by step guide.........I read so far, they just listed child/children name in the form.

Thanks

appreciate any help

For K visas the children are just listed on the petition. No need to include any paperwork for the children.
