Evidence of relationship?

I am in the process of getting everything printed and organized for when I send them to my fiancee for her interview. Do I need to make copies of all receipts, phone records, emails, chats, and pictures that were not included in the original petition? If so do I need to make copies of all the evidence that was submitted in the original packet? Or do I just need to give originals of the evidence? Or should I make a copy for her and for them and then the original?

You petition is already approved so no need to redo the same stuff for proof of relationship (however do send her a copy of the whole package just in case they ask for it.) My fiancee only printed about 5 emails and 5 chat records for proof of relationship - so don't overkill them with proof of evidence. Do send what makes you comfortable and check with others going through Vietnam - do what they did. Good Luck

i would make a copy of all originals and send her the originals and the copy for the interview. than if they keep something they keep the copy but have the original there to see its an exact copy.

On mine I am sending my fiance just the copy of what was in the original petition packet. It took awhile to wade through the evidence we had and choose the best examples to create the petition packet, so I know how you can second guess your self on those decisions. I decided not to send copies/originals of anything not included in the original petition, I figured it would just be too confusing. I am focusing on sending new evidence to support the ongoing relationship.

That being said, if you feel like you still want to submit every shred of evidence you have, old or new, then by all means go for it . I would just advise that you put it together in an organized manner so its easy to read and you can access specific peices with ease.

I would send her whatever is easily compiled. She can bring a big folder into the interview, and if they don't ask for stuff, oh well, it cost you some postage. If they do ask you may have saved yourself some hassel.

You need to be looking at proof of an ongoing relationship for the interview so as well as copies of what you sent with the original petition you need any new additional evidence that you have gathered since then.

Send originals of everything to show for evidence at the interview, and 2 sets of copies. One copy for the consulate if they choose to keep anything, and one copy for POE when she comes here, if they choose to keep anything.

You need to send her as much as you can, more additonal copies of emails, chat sessions, phone bills..... The only originals you will send to her are a job letter, bank letters, income tax(notorized), any divorce decree(s) if nec and NOA2 showing the valid date of approval(4 months). Try to send more photo's too.
