That is true, I am sure the documents you have will be just fine and especially that your daughter is not going, I feel that is the number 1 reason for you returning! I hope you enjoy your time here with your hubby.
Well, I hear that it is very hard for the SO to visit their spouse, It's not impossible but can be very diffuclt but as long as you have STRONG ties back to your home country, it can be done. I cant even imagine what you're going through right now. I wish I could think of more supporting documents for you to bring, but I cant.

How long will you be staying?

I will only be there for two weeks and I have a booked return ticket so that should help...

I am just scared to take papers for house as it might register in the new owners name whilst I am there.

I am sure seeing that I have a child to go back to could help?

Thank you again!!!

Some people say that they have lied and said they are going shopping and had no problems and others said that they were honest - I intend on being honest as I have nothing to hide....

I don't know if I would say "going shopping" but one is not required to disclose all possible details of an itinerary. It is perfectly acceptable to indicate you are visiting family and friends. You need not answer "What is the purpose of your visit?" With, "I'm coming to spend two weeks with my husband while waiting for a K3 visa." You can simply answer, "Pleasure" or "Visiting family and friends". Neither is a lie. If the issue of your K3 process is raised by the officer, you have the documentation needed. The single most compelling evidence you could possibly show is a receipt for an I-130 filed in your child's name and no child traveling with you. Everything else you have is good too.

Yep, I second this. Give short and simple answers. Honestly answer every direct question, but that's definitely possible without giving them a load of information. You may not even be asked to show any of the proof you're bringing.

Can someone enlighten me??? I'm a bit confused......Are you traveling w/a visitors visa or are you just going w/out anything....My husband is waiting for his interview & it looks like we may have over 6 months left to wait...

Can he just get all of the approval copiess & travel w/that???? or does he have to apply for a visitors visa???

I've heard of people actually trying to get into the US w/out a visa just because they're on the waiting list but they get refused entry into the US....

What's the deal????

Some countries (the UK is one of them) are in the visa waiver program with the US. This means that we do not need to apply for a tourist visa when entering the country. We just have to have a machine readable passport. The official info on the program is listed below.

As to people just turning up without any visa and assuming they are going to be let in because they are waiting for a visa, I can only assume they are either ill-informed or just "trying their luck". It's not worth jeapordising the visa by being impatient.
