I called USCIS and then checked the status on-line and it shows the case has been touched. Does it mean someone worked on my case or because of the phone call to USCIS? Any ideas? Thanks!

I would say it is because you called them.

Also, fill in your time line so we know where abouts you are in your process :)

Did you call and talk to someone only at at the USCIS number? Or did you use the RFE trick to contact the CSC directly? If you called only the USCIS that should not result in a touch. But if you contacted the CSC by route of the RFE options then that will normally result in a phone call based touch. Otherwise if you only called and talked to just a USCIS agent then it is most likely a legitimate touch.

Download the I-134 form from the USCIS website, which will tell you what evidence is acceptable if you are self employed. Also, in your Fiance(e)s packet 3 which he/she will receive from the consulate there will be further instructions regarding the I-134 Affidavit of Support and what further documentation is neccesary. Some consulates require more than one year's tax returns, and/or bank statements. Depends on the consulate.

Good luck!
