Hi! My husband just recieved his K3 visa! Now I'm not sure what is next. Can anyone tell me what he should prepare for on his travel over here? I remember hearing about a Form I-94 (Arrival?Departure Record). Can anyone tell me anything about that? He has both his visa and an envelope that he knows he's not supposed to open. His passport is stapled to it. He wonders should he detach his passport from it? Should I contact the NVC about his address changing? I"m just soooooooo excited and can't wait!!!! Best wishes for everyone. love anni

Congratulations  The flight attendants will pass out the I-94 before the plane reaches the POE.

1) The I-94 card will be handed out during the flight over, he can fill it out on the flight and hands it to the immigrations officer at the POE.

2) Yes he can detach is passport from the brown envelope, just don't open the envelope.

3) You don't have to contact NVC about address change, the DS-230, and DS-156 forms filled out had a place to say where he will be in the USA. If you do move later in the USA an AR-11 is filed with USCIS about the address change, and I-865 also after he has a green-card.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
