Has anyone ever tried to contact CSC? USCIS does not know doodly squat about what CSC is doing. So how can you contact them to find out about NOA2 or is that against their rules?

Need feedback on this. Thanks.

Right now the only way that I know of for contacting CSC is to email them - sorry, I don't have their email but I'm sure someone has it on here - but if you get a response you'll be lucky. I've read of several who emailed them countless times and received no response. Then there were the lucky one or two who did. Use the search function and see if you can find it amongst previous posts. Best wishes.

love my Nour,

The public phone lines to the individual USCIS Service Centers were removed a few years back when the National Customer [Dis]Service Center was opened to consolidate the information function and get the public off the back of the SCs so that they could concentrate on processing petitions and applications rather than answer phones.

Sounded good at the time.

Here is a link from USCIS regarding CSC.

You should understand that it is quite difficult and nearly impossible to speak with anyone at the service centers. Writing letters has no effect except to possibly delay your processing. Once you submit an application it goes through its processing cycle. Its as if the case disappears until they get to the next number which is yours. That's why in the beginning there are a few touches and then nothing until the end when there are more touches and finally approval notices. The only time a letter helps is when you are responding to an RFE.
