what a surprise i didn't expect some us to be already approved so miracles happen at the USCIS :dance:

But none of these people filed in July. They may have got their NOA1 in July but they filed way before then. Y & T have a special case because the beneficiary is from Cuba.

Sorry then i must have misunderstood something I was thinking that the NOA1 was in fact telling you that the USCIS has open your file at that time and since they are in the list of july.... I'm sorry didn't mean to give wrong hope

A July filier to me is someone was Noa-1 recieved(by uscis) date is in July, in other words the received date printed on the noa-1

yes Nick is here with me just now and I know I'm lucky but we still face the same uncertainty. It is some comfort. He goes home to nebraska on 6th December. It's going to be hard being apart then after spending a full 6 months together and being used to knowing that he's here. In someways in that respect it may have been easier to have a couple of shorter trips. I just keep having the same dream in which my visa is declined.

Make the most of the time you have with him, you'll sure as hell miss him when he's gone.

And try not to read anything into your dreams, we're all going to get our visas. Maybe not as soon as we'd like but we'll get them.

Debz - you WILL get your Visa, its just the when that is in question!! Relax and enjoy your time with your fiance. I'd give my left leg to have Griff here with me, or be able to go there for a week. Try to be positive - you will NOT be denied!!!

Yea, they'll come eventually. For what it's worth.... I sent an email via USCIS' website Sunday night expressing concern about their plans or lack there of, for assuring that there is not further bottlenecks in the system due to the "assumed" influx of filer's at the end of July. Have they responded??? Ummmmmmmmm NO, LOL what was I thinking?

Just had a look at the USCIS site and see that they've put a processing date back up for 129F... says March 14th now!!! Sorry if this is old news but I stepped away for about the last 15 pages or so.

I've got a bunch of friends from work in from out of town this week so I get to try that cuban roast pork out on a whole new group of people
