Oh and CBR - I know that you are going to be approved too!!!!

I'm sure you're in the midst of the snow too! Yes, we have about 6 inches on the ground and are expected to get 10 more today. I am beginning to hate the snow too.

My fiance passed his interview! :dance:

:dance: The embassy officer took his passoprt and told him to return on Valentine's Day to get his VISA! WOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! :dance:

They asked him many questions and I will find out more details in the next few days. He said they asked him what kind of wedding he wants...big or small? He said that he did not care. They then asked him what kind of wedding I want...big or small and he said, "Of course she wants a big wedding!" Hahahaha...so true :blush:

I am so thankful and happy!

The Very Secret Diary of Legolas Son of Weenus - by Cassandra Claire

Day One: Went to Council of Elrond. Was prettiest person there. Agreed to follow some tiny little man to Mordor to throw ring into volcano. Very important mission - gold ring so tacky.

Day Six: Far too dark in Mines of Moria to brush hair properly. Am very afraid I am developing a tangle.

Orcs so silly.

Still the prettiest.

Day 35: Boromir dead. Very messy death, most unnecessary. Did get kissed by Aragorn as he expired. Does a guy have to get shot full of arrows around here to get any action? Boromir definitely not prettier than me. Cannot understand it. Am feeling a pout coming on.

Frodo off to Mordor with Sam. Tiny little men caring about each other, rather cute really.

Am quite sure Gimli fancies me. So unfair. He is waist height, so can see advantages there, but chunky braids and big helmet most off-putting. Foresee dark times ahead, very dark times.

Ok - really signing off now... kinda in a mess of tears, headaches, sickiness and other joyful emotions... I am sure excitement is hiding in there somewhere behind the sheer panic :P

Anyway - off to watch CSI in bed and try and get some sleep before getting up at stupid-o'-clock when I will panic some more... joy(!) Will let you all know how I get on on Friday :)

I came in too late to say goodbye, and all the best, in person, but I'll say it now in case you come back in later and see it, Jeraly :)

I'm sure you'll be fine through POE; you've prepared so well for it... and then all that remains is to have a GREAT time, and then come waltzing back in here in a couple of weeks, with lots of photos to share :D

02/05/2008 - interview @ 10am - APPROVED!!!!!!

03/12/2008 - Flying Glasgow - Dublin - Chicago - Omaha

05/31/2008 - WEDDING

07/31/2008 - AOS and EAD finally mailed

08/02/2008 - Delivered

08/08/2008 - Check cleared

08/11/2008 - NOA1's for AOS and EAD recieved (reciept date 08/07/2008)

08/16/2008 - Biometrics letter recieved

09/09/2008 - Biometrics at 1pm, Omaha

09/26/2008 - AOS transferred to CSC

09/29/2008 - AOS touched (took out envelope at CSC and put in new pile)

10/03/2008 - AOS touched (probably that RFE coming soon!!!!)

10/06/2008 - AOS touched AGAIN!!! (surely it's an RFE)

Between the two of you I think there was enough unnecessary worry to power a small city for a couple days. :lol:;)
