Yeah - that is the worst - I didn't mind too much when it was one or two people - you get on with it, but as you see more and more after you getting approved you just feel like your file has been lost somewhere... think that is why I freaked so much with the first touch

The other reason I'm going nuts now as one of the few remaining July filers yet to get NAO2 is all the comments from you all about how USCIS isn't following the notification process... Some of you have gotten an e-mail w/out the USCIS web-site being updated while some of you saw the web-site updated but never got an e-mail and still others never got an e-mail or saw the web-site updated but got the hard-copy in the mail (and yes, I know a few of you still haven't gotten your hard-copy NAO2 and your packages are at the NVC already).

I'm loosing my mind here.

me too... we called the USCIS today and the agent there told us that the case left to NVCon the 4th of January... but there is no notice if we are approved or not... but he said, that we should be approved, because there is no reason to send it to NVC if we are not... well anyway i dont believe it yet until i either get pack3 or the NOA 2... wish me luck ...

Congratulation! I would be lying if I said that I wasn't very jealous! What number did you call? Do you think that helps calling them? I just looked at another website and there was someone who also filed at Nebraska at the beginning of July and who still hadn't received her NOA2. This is so frustrating!

we called this number USCIS Customer Service at (800) 375 – 5283 or 1-800-767-1833 (TTY). It was a pain to find a person who could talk to us about our case. I dont think calling them is helping the case, but lately there have been a lot of people who got approved without knowing.... We just gave it a try... Well, if I were you I would call... just to find out whats going on... you and me are waiting well over 5 months now.... they should understand why you call. Well, I am hoping that we are approved but I believe it when I see it...

my medical experience is posted in the UK forum. but to state the most important bits..

funny story.... the Dr (very nice german guy) showed me into the room and just behind me I heard a string of obcenities, some I understood, others I didn't...he looked at me and said, I'll be back in a minute...turns out he'd slammed his finger in the door and he apologised for his language I just laughed and said I'd have done the same. After that we got chatting and boy he can chat! He dropped the formal stuff and was talked to me as if we'd known each other years. He also confirmed the fact that the only reason they look downstairs is to confirm you are the sex you say you are...he said he did have a fright once when bits were there that shouldn't have been.

only issues I had was the fact I have low blood pressure, always have but he just said it's on the low side of low but not dangerous so good enough for him. Biggest issue was my vaccinations...the US requires your tatanus is not more than 10 years ago...well mine was in 1995 and got asked if I wanted it done there or by my own Dr. I said I'd get it done by own Dr as when I had it in 1995 I suffered a reaction to it...the vaccination nurse wrote something on vaccination form and told me to talk to Dr. He said that if you have an allergic reaction to the tetanus it is considered unsafe to have it again as reactions can get worse and be dangerous therefore he'd sign off my vaccinations and say that the tetanus requirement should be waived on medical grounds. It shouldn't affect my application in anyway as i personally didn't refuse it, it was refused to me on medical grounds and for my own safety. Apparently I'd find it very hard to get any Dr willing to give me the vaccination either here or US and if I did get it, it would need to be under clinical supervision for 24hrs.

I don't think you should be worried...it took about a month for the California Service Center to forward our petition to NVC, but on the bright side; the embassy had it within a week of NVC receiving it!
