Speaking of the Scottish dialect I spoke to someone who actually said "dinnae ken" yesterday and it made my day!! I also speak to a guy from Yorkshire who sounds rather camp but very sweet and who ends all his sentences with the word "duck". There is also a car dealer somewhere in Northern Ireland (can't remember which one) where everyone who works there frequently says "so it is/so she is/so they did etc" after making a statement!! It is very cute and very Irish!!

I can't remember where they were from though you might be right - I think it was Aberdeen because I found the accent really difficult to understand although still sounded nicer than Edinburgh accent Glaswegian is nicest though

we decided to not do anything about it and to hope that they realize it themselves.

the NVC-letter states the right name, so it is most obviously their fault.

if they feel a need to fix it, they will at one point, but i'm not gonna say anything until the interview is being scheduled. don't want to delay things. *hopes for an easy fixing....*

Haha - I did the same!! I was having a real downer just before my NOA2 - someone said something nice to me (think it was STP actually ) and I promptly burst into tears!! She must have that effect on people

As a slight aside - I have nominated you in the sweepstakes for your NOA2 this week so that means you *must* get it - I was right about Chris and DKM I just don't think I got any "prizes" for it!!! Boo

Thanks Still the Prettiest. Yes it was a stressful wait. So disappointing. But it was worth it. Now we are just waiting for the letter from our Consulate as our lawyer confirmed that our case was already forwarded in the US Embassy in Manila.
