Hrmm - seems I can get on at work again though for how long I don't know!! And does my ticker look ok? It was fine at home but in work it is a huge black block and lokos awful... might have to change it back if it looks that bad!!

Got a hold of someone at the DOS. My case went to NVC on Dec 27. She says the file went to post Dec 28. I said ok, what does that mean? She said hold on.. she put me on hold for like 5 mins. then she said it is at NVC and is being looked at(she said it was touched). And that it would take 3-4 weeks. She seemed very very junior(holiday season, most of the staff is off.. but I did see a DHL pickup on Dec 28 to Delhi)... who knows...

K1 Visa Timeline :

07-27-2007- Sent out I-129f

08-07-2007 : Received NOA1

12-23-2007 : NOA2 approved

12-27-2007 : NVC Received

01-10-2008 : Case forwarded to New Delhi Embassy by NVC.

01-14-2008 : New Delhi Embassy received our file from NVC.

01-24-2008 : Submitted Packet 3 at New Delhi Embassy.

02-06-2008 : Submitted docs at VFS.

02-21-2008 : Interview- visa was approved pending security.

02-25-2008 : Called NVC and they said Visa is approved. VFS- they didnt get it yet.

02-27-2008: Visa in HAND!!!!

03-08-2007: Arrived at POE(JFK)

May 12-2008- Got the Marriage License

May 19-2008- Married!!!

AOS

06-06-2008 Mailed out AOS

06-08-2008 Delivered to Lockbox

06-16-2008 NOA for EAD, AP, AOS(dated June 12)

06-28-2008 Biometrics done!

NO NOA2 yet. I am getting so upset. I applied on July 27th and still many those end of July filers are waiting. It is soooooooooo crazy. My fiance called up USCIS and they said still pending. USCIS website says that now processing time for I-129F is 6 months. So, it gets a little better. Don't you think?

My NOA1 was July 26 and I still do not have a NOA2. There must be very few of us left :help:

filed I-129F 3/2005

receipt confirmed 4/29/05

USCIS approval 12/5/05

received P3 3/2006

received P4 6/2006

interview 8/28/06

interview failed with white slip

08/02/2008 - Delivered

08/08/2008 - Check cleared

I don't know if we count as July Filers or not (we did file in July, but didn't get the NOA1 until late August). I want our approval so bad, but I also hope that those that filed before us get theirs. It upsets me when I see people who are still left in the dark, and it scares me. Depressing really :(:crying::help: Anyway, I'm trying to stay positive!

Happy New Year! :dance: And here is hoping for lots of approvals for everyone during the next few days :)

July 28, 2007: TSC received, and forwarded application to VSC

August 21, 2007: NOA1 Issued (an entire months delay)

November 14, 2007: Touched (after calling VSC for correction of spelling of last name on application)

November 15, 2007: Touched

December 31, 2007: APPROVED!!! 157 days!

January 1, 2008: Touched

January 2, 2008: Touched

January 3, 2008: Touched

January 3, 2008: NVC Received from USCIS

January 8, 2008: NVC sent to Embassy in Copenhagen

January 10, 2008 Embassy receives packet from NVC

January 19, 2008 Received packet in Tx for Peter

January 21, 2008 Overnighted packet to Peter

January 29, 2008 Medical

February 21, 2008 Interview

February 29, 2008 Email received that Visa is being mailed today!

March 8, 2008 Peter arrives in Houston

March 29, 2008 Our Wedding Day!!

Yes - we should start seeing more approvals in the new year :)

It's so hard to keep track of us July lot now - so many of us are moving at different speeds!!! We defo need a new hangout post-interview/move

How can we check our interview online? I have been researching this and I can find the page but do we enter the MNL/LND etc numbers?

I have tried the MNL number but get told it is not found.

I have tried older numbers trying to guess them to see if I'm doing the right numbers but they dont work either.

You can't check for it online! However, you can call the Dept. of State (DOS) at 202-663-1225, select option 1, then option 0. Give them you MNL # and they can give you updates.
