hope it comes soon....i called yesterday @ 1:15pm no..then i called again @ 8:15pm & yes!

call'em again....but be polite (just in case) it matters...lol

I see that there are a lot of UK citizens here and I have a question for you. This pertains to a divorce decree. When you sent your evidence to the USCIS, were you able to obtain a certified divorce decree? If so, how? If not did you send a copy of the regular decree with the red stamp on it? Was it approved? Just looking for a little assistance. Thank you.

We sent a photocopy of my UK fiance's decree absolute and our petition was approved without incident.

Im soo excited for you! Really 160 days? Mine too! Hope i get an email to the effect of approval. Just started checking all these "touch" thing yesterday so i have been really cheking the website. Also, found out there are 2 movements as far as K1 applications are concerned for P.I. Sana ako na yon! ha ha ha

Hello all.....glad to see more movement! I called embassy today...they saying 4 - 6 weeks to send packet 3's from london...please tell me this is canned response!

DOS keeps telling me that Griff's was sent 11 Dec, just one day after his petition arrived at the London embassy. He still hasn't received it yet. Brings new meaning to the term "snail mail".

Ohh wouldn't that be awesome?! Why would I get another touch without an approval if someone is still working on it though? I don't understand but I am now hopeful to hear something by Christmas, RFE *or* approval!! :D

What you need to do is call them up and DEMAND they approve you RIGHT NOW. Explain to them that they need to clear room on the adjudicator's desk for mox's petition. You know I have only your best interests at heart...
