My NOA2 just got approved 05-Dec-07 at CSC Check out my timeline below. Guess I was waiting for some news to report before joining the forum

My thoughts are with everyone still awaiting a NOA2. I've been reading about all the approvals over the last month and now I've got a NOA2 myself so it won't be long for all those still waiting!!

Gratzies!!! And I hope so too!!

I am a bit depressed today, been checking the USCIS each and every day, and nothing yet, nada...not even a touch. I need some encouragement and some good news...if averages mean anything, I should get my NOA2 notice today! Hey speaking of averages, can you also calculate the Standard Deviation, that way we can have a range too..

I just saw a message in my inbox - 'You have been approved!' and my heart skipped a beat... of course, as soon as my logic caught up a second later (and I saw the sender, which was something like 'Jose Melancholy' ) I knew that's NOT how USCIS titles their emails, and that it was yet one more piece of spam about my non-existent loan approval, but anyway...

yep...i've had a few of them...along with offers of viagra and emails telling me I don't satisfy my woman.....hmmmmm!!

LMAO!! I changed my pw a while back and freaked when I saw the notice mail... Changed my e-mail addy to my future married name though so don't get much if any spam My other one on the other hand... Well... I get tons of spam but nothing about pleasing my woman!! Maybe I am already great at it

watching the flight tracker as he's not got long in chicago before his flight to omaha. He's on AA093 dublin to chicago.

He's calling when he gets home.....(about 3am uk time) He's going to give me a report on what dublin POE is like. If it's ok I'm going to go that way when I go over. Means you can fly over atlantic stress free as immigration all cleared before you get on plane.

Can't wait to hear the news on Dublin - I am so so hoping to fly that way A trip across the Atlantic without worrying about immigration would be close to heaven!!!

Heard about the shootings in Omaha on the news as well... thoughts going out to the families of those affected

been following nicks flights...got a feeling he isn't going to make his connection in chicago.....due to delays only 1hr between landing and departure. Even if he makes it, doubt his bag will.

Hey stop worrying *hugs* He'll be fine Does he have to check his bags again? I know Jeremy has missed connections before and they just stuck him on another flight - he has always made it home and has his luggage

If he's flying to O'Hare I wouldn't be surprised if his flight was delayed or canceled or missed. It is THE worst airport in the US, IMHO. I loathe it with every fibre of my being. This past July I spent nearly 10 hours there waiting for a flight, cos mine kept getting canceled, the delayed, then cancel, then delayed....

He'll be OK. As much as missing a flight stinks, at least he'll be safe and sound! He'll get there eventually - tired and wretched, but he'll get there. Try not to worry too much! Though I know just how you feel. I worry over everything! I even worry if I'm not worrying!

I worry over everything! I even worry if I'm not worrying!

Are you me!??! I used to do the same but every now and then in my life I have these revelations where my whole outlook on life changes and a penny seems to drop into place - I can't pinpoint when I stopped worrying so much but I swear I have never been this mellow in my whole life!!!

I am a bona fide control freak. I hate uncertainty, I hate things out of my control, I am obsessivly organised. I'm the kind of person that worries about having nothing to worry about as I worry I'm missing something.

Anyways...stress got to me so I called american airlines...gave them locator number and nicks name and they confirmed he handed over boarding pass so therefore boarded. Now whether his bags did or not is another matter......and if the plane can actually land at omaha due to the snow. But at least I know he is bound for omaha and his mammy is there to meet him. OK I know he's old enough to look after himself but I know how stressed he was before. We joke that we are actually better travelling seperate as he's a nervous traveller in general and I'm scared of flying (yeah great for an LDR) so we just make each other worse. I mean I'm so scared I get physically sick a couple of days before.....this is coming from a woman who has done 14 parachute jumps!!!!

oh and speaking of physically sick....it's not just the stress keeping me quiet..........I feel shocking due to jags

they look good. I think I've shown you all ours. They are titanium rings from cascadia design studio. both have the kanji symbol for love etched into them...nicks is in a blue colour and mine in antique gold.
