I made three copies in case something got lost in the mail. You should have one for the USCIS, one for your spouse abroad and one for you in my personal opinion.

Please read the replies you've received to your other post....it directs you to the Guides. Your question is clearly answered there...please take a few minutes and read up on the info there.

Make TWO copies of the entire package before you send it in. This includes the money orders too. You want to have a perfect replica of the package you are sending in.

One copy for yourself, and one to send to your fiancee.

Bee also made three copies - one for him, one for me, and one in case an RFE was requested from USCIS. I definitely recommend at least one full package copy for the fiance who is attending the consulate interview.

Edited by Nini & Bee

Nini - Vancouver BC, Canada (she's the one who does the forum thing)

Bee - Devon PA, USA (he's the one who gave her the shiny ring)

Here we go again...

Removal of conditions @ VSC

9/4/2010 - sent!

9/14/2010 - NOA

I noticed he/she's peppered the forums w/ all sorts of questions...no real follow up. So yeah, "hit & run" quite an applicable term. ;)

I made two copies and then took the originals and a copy to Claudeth so she had duplicates of everything. I am one who feels it is much better to be safe than sorry! :P
