Timeline

Texas received our Fiance visa 4-7-07 and sent in on to CA then. Shouldn't we be hearing from them....Just call me "WHEN WILL I BE TOUCHED????" :( Debbie (in Morocco for two more days only, damn it...) and Hamid

I know you are at teh stage where it feel slike your approval will never come. The average is something like 90 days, but it is not unusual to go past 100 days and some will go even more like 4 months without any problems with the application. Hang in there it should be coming soon!

27 March 2009 Check Cashed

30 March 2009 NOA received

8 April 2009 Biometric notice arrived by mail

24 April 2009 Biometrics scheduled

26 April 2009 Touched

...once again waiting

1 September 2009 (just over 5 months) Approved and card production ordered.

hey there don't worry a year ago my petition was received on april. 6th and our petition wasn't approved until aug. 29 and my husbands exam was oct. 16th interview was nov. 2 and his visa was in his hands on nov. 9 and he flew into my arms on nov. 20th. our petition was also sent to cal. best of luck and enjoy the process its something u wont ever forget. any questions just ask...

02/14/2007 - fees came through the bank, it's rolling!!

02/20/2007 - letter for Biometrics appointment on 03/01/2007

03/01/2007 - Biometrics appointment was painless

03/10/2007 - NOA1 AOS was transferred to CSC!!!!

03/28/2007 - touched AOS

03/29/2007 - touched AOS

04/06/2007 - welcoming letter (by email)

04/11/2007 - AOS approval (by email)

04/12/2007 - 2yr. green card in hand...omg!!

06/29/2007 - bought our new house

Has your check cleared? Do you have your case number? If you, then just sit tight; you're almost there.
