how to do that RFE trick?

hi guys!

we've had 4 touches already but no noa2 yet. we tried calling the csc yesterday but we couldn't get through to a customer service representative. what we heard are recorded voice telling us the same thing on what we read when we check online that case is still received and pending.

i have read in here to do that RFE trick when calling. can anybody please teach us how? :help:

March 29, 2007 - NOA1

April 2, 2007 - NOA1 hardcopy

April 2, 2007 - Touched

June 21, 2007 - Touched

June 22, 2007 - Touched Approved NOA2 (thru calling on the phone but case received and pending when

we check online)

June 29, 2007 - Touched

June 30, 2007 - Touched

July 5, 2007 - Touched

July 6, 2007 - Received NOA2 hardcopy

July 12, 2007 - Received letter from NVC informing that they forwarded our petition in USEM

July 19, 2007 - Packet 4 Left USEM

August 7, 2007 - Received Packet 4

Medical - August 27, 2007

Interivew - September 4, 2007 .....APPROVED....Praise God!!!

Visa in Hand - September 12, 2007

Try a search of the forum. It's all over here. You have to be Very close with all of those touches in the past week or so.

11/04/2012: I-130 NOA1

04/19/2012: I-130 NOA2

05/04/2012: NVC Received

05/27/2012: Received I-864/DS 3032 Package

05/28/2012: Pay I-864 Bill

05/29/2012: Submit DS 3032/I-864

06/05/2012: Receive IV Bill online

06/05/2012: IV Bill Paid

06/06/2012: Payment Accepted

06/07/2012: IV Packet Mailed (Additional documents sent next day on 06/08/2012)

08/28/2012: Interview

Here I found it for you:

* 1 for English,

* 2 for main menu,

* 2 for reporting an issue,

* 4 for more evidence,

* then 2, 1,

* then entered our case number (with the WAC at the beginning, that is 922+10 digits).

* then it took us to a representative in the service center.

11/01/2011: I-130 Submitted

11/04/2012: I-130 NOA1

04/19/2012: I-130 NOA2

05/04/2012: NVC Received

05/27/2012: Received I-864/DS 3032 Package

05/28/2012: Pay I-864 Bill

05/29/2012: Submit DS 3032/I-864

06/05/2012: Receive IV Bill online

06/05/2012: IV Bill Paid

06/06/2012: Payment Accepted

06/07/2012: IV Packet Mailed (Additional documents sent next day on 06/08/2012)

the person who answered us is a nice lady and she gave all the information that we need. we also called the nvc but they didn't receive yet our application.

Congrajulations (spelling? ah whocares were approved!)

I've called CSC a few times already using the same RFE process.. but each time I get connected the rep first will ask the receipt number and and once given all they would tell me is what's posted online..like still pending.. this is where i get confused.. so how did you managed to have the rep to tell you that you have been approved or to look deeper than just what the computer said? Because your status online were both still pending but they told you you have been approved.. thank you guys for any help..

For the VERMONT Service Center, follow these steps...

1-800-375-5283

* 1 for English,
