It was an email, and posted on the website! This is truly amazing. I forgot to pay 32 dollars in income tax, and they withheld my petition until I did. Geezes. They didn't even let me know.

making you wait over 32 dollars...thats crazy! but how did you know its because of those 32 dollars if they didn't even let you know.

send in your packet 3 as soon as you know your case has left NVC to go to the embassay and you have the case number. you do not have to wait for the packet 3 to get to you first.

2-8-2007: I-130 petition sent on ...forgot to do the overnight

2-12-2007: Receipt Date - Received by Texas USCIS

2-16-2007: Notice Date

2-22-2007: check cashed

2-24-2007: Received NOA1 letter in mail (from CA)

Huh?...you forgot to pay $32 in income tax and they withheld your petition?...I didn't know that you had to have all your taxes paid up before your petition would be approved....Yikeeeeesssssssssssssss
