I think i'm in the right forum room... My husband came over on the K1 fiancee visa back in 2005 we were married a couple weeks later and he applied for AOS which was never approved or denied still to this day... But in 2006 he had a death in his family we didnt know bout the travel document you have to have to leave. He is in Libya right now.. I've talked to an attorney and the INS both told me the same thing since he left wthout a proper document to come back to the states he abandon his application.. So what i would like to know is i'm filing the I130 for him to get him back here. Do you send the I130 and I129f together at the same time? And also we had a joint sponsor for the K1. Will we need to do that again too? If so can we use the same person we had before? Thanks
