moving between packets

if my fiance moves between the time we file 1-129F and sending in packet 3/4, are there any steps that i need to take in order to inform the uscis and/or consulate?

he lives in italy (with an expired work visa) but is an albanian citizen. he will be moving back to albania in order to conduct his interview at the embassy there, so the move is accounted for as far as the consular/embassy level is concerned.

my question is simply whether they will need to be notified when the move occurs

ALSO...if i move during the same time frame (between i-129F and packet 3) what do i need to do in order to let them know?

No need to notify.

You did use his Albanian address on I-129F, and G-325A forms so that NVC will send case to correct consulate, and the consulate can send P3 and P4 to the correct address, right?

Before leaving Italy it is a good idea to get the police certificate from the Italian authorities.
