I just checked online and my case was touched! :lol: I have no idea why I am so happy about this, but I am and had to tell u guys!!! :D

02/08/2010 - interview (Garden City, NY) -- PASSED

03/03/2010 - Oath Ceremony in Brooklyn

03/13/2010 - U.S. Passport in hand

You will probably get your approval shortly. After we returned the requested info from our RFE, we were approved right after they received the information.

Sept. 9/06... I-751 sent to NSC

May 15/07... 10-Yr. PR Card arrives in the mail

Sept. 13/07... N-400 sent to NSC

Aug. 21/08... Interview - PASSED!!!!

Sept. 2/08... Oath Ceremony

Sept. 5/08... Sent in Voter Registration Card

Sept. 9/08... SSA office to change status to "U.S. citizen"

Oct. 8/08... Applied in person for U.S. Passport

Oct. 22/08... U.S. Passport received

Oh I sooo know how you feel! When the DHL man came to deliver my husband's paperwork to me I literally jumped up and down and squealed like a little girl! Mabrook to you...that means the process is moving right along! :dance:

Ahhh, the heart goes pitter patter every time something gets touched! It's proof that perhaps, maybe, somewhere, someone in USCIS is doing something.

10/14/05 - married AbuS in the US lovehusband.gif

02/23/08 - Filed for removal of conditions.

Sometime in 2008 - Received 10 year GC. Almost done with USCIS for life inshaAllah! Huzzah!

12/07/08 - Adopted the fuzzy feline love of my life, my Squeaky baby th_catcrazy.gif

02/23/09 - Apply for citizenship

06/15/09 - Citizenship interview

07/15/09 - Citizenship ceremony. Alhamdulilah, the US now has another american muslim!

Yes, always nice to know you haven't disappeared down that "black hole" of the immigrations process! Ok, so maybe I should be more stoic about this now that I have been doing it for nearly a year . . . but go to admit I was jumping up and down a couple of weeks ago! And I think I have a few jumps left in me . . .

08/15/06 :: Petition sent to Casablanca & Case # assigned

09/01/06 :: Packet 3 Arrives INTERVIEW DATE SEPTEMBER 22nd!!

09/22/06 :: Successful Interview!! WOO HOO

10/12/06 :: Visa IN Hand
