Hello everyone sorry not been around for a while, My baby went back home this morning . Proberly won't see her now till I get there next year. nice to see all the approvals (nice one tim ) Well we've had nothing since the 2nd no update still says pending. Not even a email to say approved or RFE. So hopeing its in her mail when she gets home but she's going to ring the laywer as well when she lands in later. Let you know if there's any news.

Oh Alane...I'm so very happy for you!! I knew it was on it's way... the other 2 ladies in my office just asked why I was shouting and dancing...they thought maybe my stuff had been sent to NVC, I said no, but someone who has long awaited her approval, just got it! So, from me and others in my office...CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we are new here, thought i would add a post here as we filed in june also and were approved on nov 02.

previously i had registered with the ucis website for email updates, but after hearing nothing for what seemed like a lifetime, on sunday my fiance was driving past the church we are hoping to marry in when he had 'a feeling' and when he got home he checked the website to find that we had been approved 2 days previously...weeee, we are buzzing to say the least!

congrats to everyone else who has been through this and those going through this...if i only was my dog...all i would need is a rabies injection!!

Hi fellow June filers,

I am new to this forum, and up until now I have just waited for word from our lawyer about how things are going, but that is getting really frustrating. Our application was received June 5 at the California Service Center.

I noticed that many people call to check on the progress of their applications, but when I have tried calling USCIS, all I get is an automated message that tells me the Customer Service reps don't have any other information than the automated message. Are you all calling directly to the service centers? Or are you speaking to someone at USCIS?
