Can I remove GC conditions while attending school in a different state?

I have a conditional green card through marriage. My wife is a US citizen. I will be going to graduate school in a different state soon. My wife and my 3month old daughter will not come with me right away. Since my daughter is too young, we decided to wait until I am stable and they will come join me; maybe a semester or two. The problem is, we have to file the I-751 within few months. I will be residing in a different state during the time of filing. Will this completely ruin the chances of I-751 approval?

Thanks.

There's a 99% chance they'll call you for an interview.

Filed AOS from F-1

Is that a something I have to worry about or It's just to make sure I am telling the truth?

Will I need to go with my wife? and will the interview be in my school state or home state (where my wife and daughter lives)?

If this is what is going to happen, I just have to deal with it. Thakyou for replying.

It's just to make sure you really are married, but nothing to worry about.

Yes

Wherever you file your I-751. If you file when you're int school, that's where your district office will be.

No worries, joint I-751's never get denied if the marriage is legitimate.

When we did the AOS the investigating officier instructed us that if we submitted enuf evidence of a bonafide marriage we may not be required to have a interview.

A friend of ours just "slid by" without one.

So pile it on and see what happens. Doesn't hurt to try!

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
