I was at work then I received an email on my cell phone NO2 Approval.

April Filers seems to be movement at Vermont. Good luck to Everyone hang in there.

Congratulations!!!! We also filed our petition last April but in California Service Center...hope it will be approve soon...

ok im new to the but will my fiance in the Philippines be the one to recieve this or will I the petitioner recieve this ?

Do you mean who will receive the NOA2?if so, it is the petitioner who will receive it. Did you register for online request to USCIS? to check if your petition has been receive and approve and then they will send you message to your email...
