I need your opinion re touches on my case please!

We have had so many touches on our case. We have special circumstances, but its still not going anywhere. It seems to keep getting touched but no approval!! Has anyone had any similar experiences? Does anyone know why they would be touching our case so often?

Quick history

We met on 1 January 2006 while she was traveling in Hawaii. She came back to Hawaii in April 2006 for 3 weeks. We then continued long distance until June 2006 when I went to Oz and proposed. We then traveled around parts of the US together, then I was deployed to Iraq in August 2006. I came to Oz in February 2007 for my R&R leave for 2 and a half weeks and we got married. I then returned back to Iraq.. I'm due to finish my deployment in July.... NOW I KNOW SHE WILL BE THERE :o)

3/19/2007 - NOA1 received

6/13/2007 - expedite request (due to military deployment to iraq)

6/15/2007 - touched, 6/16/2007 - touched, 6/18/2007 - touched, 6/19/2007 - touched, 6/21/2007 - touched, 6/22/2007 - touched

6/28/2007 - APPROVED VIA EMAIL, THANK YOU JESUS!!!!

6/28/2007 - called NVC, they received packet and have already sent to Consulate in sydney :o)

3/22/2007 - sent

3/29/2007 - NOA1 received

4/4/2007 - transferred to CSC

6/8/2007 - touched, 6/9/2007 - touched, 6/10/2007 - touched, 6/11/2007 - touched, 6/12/2007 - touched, 6/13/2007 - expedite request, 6/15/2007 - touched, 6/16/2007 - touched, 6/18/2007 - touched, 6/19/2007 - touched, 6/20/2007 - touched, 6/21/2007 - touched, 6/22/2007 - touched (come on thats a 14 days straight)

6/28/2007 - APPROVED VIA EMAIL, THANK YOU JESUS!!!!

6/28/2007 - called NVC, they received packet and have already sent to Consulate in sydney :o)

7/6/2007 - Interview!!

7/6/2007 - visa approved!!

7/16/2007 - COMING TO AMERICA!! WOOHOO

a touch can be generated from so many different things. It doesn't necessarily mean that someone is doing something with it. It could just be moved to a different pile or something like that. Plus, due to your case, it might be that it is looked at it a little more often and by a few more people.

I am sure it doesn't mean anything bad.

Feb 14 2006 - AOS Bill paid and DS 3032 sent to NVC

Feb 27 2006 - AOS form and IV Bill issued

Mar 23 2006 - AOS and IV Bill sent to NVC

Apr 10 2006 - DS230 received and sent right back

Apr 28 2006 - case complete

May 2 2006 - sent to Consulate

May 4 2006 - received at Consulate

July 17 2006 - Interview in Germany

Aug 02 2006 - Flying back to Tulsa with my CR1 in passport

Removal of Conditions - I-751

May 2 2008 - Mailed I-751 to TSC

May 21 2008 - Received NOA 1 (extension letter) from VSC

May 27 2008 - Biometrics Appointment in OKC

July 22 2008 - touched

August 6 2008 - touched

February 22, 2009 - touched

March 24, 2009 - card production ordered

April 4, 2009 - Green Card in mail

I-129F

Aug 31 - Oct 20 2005at NBC

Oct 26 - Nov 3 2005 at NVC

Jan 10 2006- Visa interview

Feb 09 2006- Flying to Tulsa
