My fiance had her medical in Manila, Philippines. She finished her medical on Wedsday and went back thursday for the results and the doctor told her she needs to come back to retake the xray. I asked my fiance if they seen something negative and she said no, the doctor said they need to retake the xray on her. Should there be any concerns? She does have a mild case of asthma, nothing serious. Can anyone tell me if this has happened to them?

I know that once having regular xrays for an annual medical they had to retake an xray. It was because the exposure of the xray was poor and did not show enough detail. Everything was fine when the xray was redone. In your fiancee's case it could just be that the exposure was 'off' or perhaps she moved while it was being taken. Technical difficulties do happen so keep that in mind too. If there is a problem, then you deal with it then, but until then, keep telling yourselves it could just be a technical problem.
